ERIN 50度灰视频� The Town of Erin is giving its support as the Erin Agricultural Society plans for its 175th anniversary next year.
50度灰视频淲e want to make it a big community event, and make sure everyone is feeling a part of it,50度灰视频� society director Eileen Brown told town council on April 25.
50度灰视频淲e do have a lot of plans made, but a lot is dependent on whether we get the grant or not,50度灰视频� Brown continued, referring to a federal Community Anniversaries grant for which the society applied.
Members are working on updating a historical book covering the past 25 years.
Brown told council of plans for a banquet with society executives, past members and dignitaries. There are visions of antique tractors parading from Hillsburgh to Erin, followed by a community barbecue in the afternoon and a murder mystery production at night.
The society wants to create 40 banners with vintage photos to be hung from lampposts in Hillsburgh and Erin.
And of course, the festivities would culminate in the 175th Erin Fall Fair on the Thanksgiving weekend in October.

Council voted to direct staff to include $5,000 in the 2025 budget for financial support, and another $5,000 of 50度灰视频渋n-kind50度灰视频� support for things such as hanging banners or route management during the tractor parade.
